- Personalized Sleep Calculations: Fitbit will ask you a few questions throughout the day and use your answers, along with your sleep data, to determine exactly how much sleep you need each night.
- Smart Bedtime & Wake-Up Recommendations: Based on your sleep needs, Fitbit will suggest the best times to sleep and wake up to improve your overall rest.
- Daily Sleep Surveys & Reminders: You’ll answer surveys in the morning, midday, and evening, and you’ll also get a 1-hour bedtime reminder to help you stay on track.
- Sleep Debt Tracking & Alarm Adjustments: The feature will track how much sleep you’re missing (sleep debt) and sync with your Fitbit alarms to keep you on schedule.
- Five-Day Tracking Requirement: To get the most accurate insights, you’ll need to wear your Fitbit for at least five days before receiving personalized sleep recommendations.
